Description: Baby Dragon's Teeth Soup, a spicy vegetarian soup, is prepared while baby dragons grow up: while the babies loose their teeth, the mothers gather them and create this spicy soup.
 
Ingredients: 1,5 litre water, four stalks of lemon grass (sereh), a wisp of fresh coriander, one teaspoon dragon's herbs (estragon), half a teaspoon dried oregano, two toes fresh garlic, salt and pepper, one onion (cut into small pieces), one small leek (cut into pieces), three tea spoons of soy-oil, two tea spoons of sesame-oil two tea spoons of extra hot red chili paste (sambal), 12 baby dragon's teeth (canned baby corn cobs), dried Chinese noodles.
 
Preparation: Boil the water and carve the lemon grass stalks (make nicks), put the carved lemon grass stalks into the boiling water and add all the other ingredients except for the baby dragon's teeth, the sesame-oil and the Chinese noodles. Cover the pot and keep the water boiling (low fire) for one hour. After that, cook the Chinese noodles for 4 minutes in a separate pot and wash the baby corn cobs. Remove the lemon grass stalks and add the cooked noodles, the baby corn cobs and the sesame-oil. If the soup if the soup is not hot enough, you can add an extra tea spoon of extra hot red chili paste.............do not scream at the dragons while eating this soup..........
