Description: The dragon serving you this food looks so sweet but he has no sweet plans: he wants to cause fire in your mouth that's why he is serving you this hot vegetable dish. However, he hopes you'll appreciate the baby dragon's teeth he added to the dish, just to make you smile. Well, perhaps his plans where not so bad after all!

Ingredients: Half a red paprika, half a yellow paprika, four brown mushrooms, half an onion, four small carrots, 9 baby dragon's teeth (baby corn), two toes of garlic, three raw peppers (like the ones used to make Tabasco sauce, also known as lombok), three spoons of olive oil to fry, four tea spoons of sesame oil, tow spoons of soy-oil, some fresh coriander, one teaspoon of ginger powder, half a teaspoon of bay leaves powder, one teaspoon of lemon grass (sereh), half a tea spoon of cayenne pepper, one spoon of sugar, some salt and one cup of water.

Preparation: Use a large frying pan and add the olive oil, the sesame oil, the soy-oil, the raw peppers, the fresh coriander and the garlic and stir for a minute. Add the vegetables and stir for two minutes. Add half a cup of water and let it fry during three minutes. Add the other ingredients and the rest of the water and stir for a few moments. Use salt as you like it and add the sugar just before you are going to serve the dish. Best eaten with rice.
