Dragon's Soy

Description: You do or do not like soy (toufu, soy-cheese). If you do like it, combine it with Chinese mushrooms and you are eating like a dragon.
 
Ingredients: Five dried Chinese Mushrooms, soy-cheese (tofu) for two persons, a cup of water, two spoons of soy-sauce, three tea spoons of (brown) sugar, olive oil to fry and one tea spoon of sesame-oil.
 
Preparation: Soften the dried mushrooms in water a few hours before you start cooking. Cut the mushrooms into pieces and fry them in some olive oil (a few minutes will do). Cut the soy-cheese (tofu) into pieces and fry them in a separate frying pan till they are a bit roosted. Add the fried mushrooms, the water and the other ingredients and heat it. You can serve the dish.

Best eaten with rice and for instance Mushrooms and Peas.
