Disqualifications

• The site (or at least the main part of it) is not dedicated to fantasy.
• The site is older then one year.
• Mainly commercial interest.
• Broken images.
• Broken in-site links.
• No navigation menu on each page of the site.
• The source code of a page is hidden.
• A Flash entrances doesn't contain a "skip intro".
• No propper credits are given to the owner/maker of an image in case the image is not made by the owner of the site
• The site is not aimed to a general audience (family friendly).
• The language isn't English, German or Dutch.
• The site has pornographic content.
• The site contains aggression, harassment or discrimination
• Copyright infringement or theft of bandwidth.

Disadvantages

• No warning for heavy loadings of images
• Broken links to other sites.
• Horizontal scrolling is needed
• Too many animated gif images on a single page (unless presented as own art work)
• Pop-up windows
• No on-off menu or display for background music
