• The site (or at least the main part of it) has to be dedicated to fantasy.
• The site should be younger then one year (new page lay-out and design for older sites counts as a rebirth).
• The site's interest is mainly non-commercial.
• Besides of all the previous criteria, I must like the site, feel a sparkle and enjoy myself while being there.

Content

• The site contains mainly original fantasy (art) work (images, stories, poems, quotes, games) by the maker of the site.
• If the site owner is not the maker of all the (art) work, propper credits are given to the one who did make the work.
• The content must be aimed to a general audience (family friendly).
• The grammar and spelling is correct.
• The language is English, German or Dutch.
• The site has no pornographic content, and no aggression, harassment or discrimination
• No copyright infringement and no theft of bandwidth.

Design

• The links on the site are working and there are no broken images.
• The design of the site causes unity within the pages.
• No horizontal scrolling is needed.
• The pages look good on small and wide screens

Navigation

• Each page of the site must contain a navigation menu.
• The site is easy to navigate.

Source code

• The source code of each page must be viewable.

Loading time

• The entrance of a site must load within reasonable time.
• Flash entrances must contain a "skip intro".
• If there are images or applets that need a lot of time, the visitor has to be warned for this.
