Carrots, sliced into small pieces, garlic (one small toe per person), salt and mayonnaise as you like it and some fresh parsley. |

Preparation: |
Stir the mayonnaise and the salt into the sliced carrots. Add the garlic, cut into small pieces and stir again. Decorate the salad with parsley.
