Komodo Dragon The Varanus Komodoensis (Komodo Dragon) got his name from the Komodo Isle in Indonesia, the place where he has his home. He is a fast and dangerous hunter. He spends most of his time near the water, hunting for boars and deer (well, perhaps you should know that not every dragon is a vegetarian like I am...so beware of that Komodo). The Komodo Dragon is the biggest lizard living these days: up to 150 kilo and 9 feet long.
