Members Guild rules

The member who want to show off fantasy art in the Museum, has to act in accordance with the Members Guild rules. Those rules are shown below.

Guild rules:
- Only original members fantasy artwork can be uploaded to Silver Dragon Breath (the copyright has to belong to that specific member)
- Do not infringe the copyright of the member's artwork: the work shown here on this site belongs to the members and to nobody else. If you want to use any of the members images, ask the member.
- If you want to submit a comment, please mention the title of the image first in the subject line, followed by the member's name in order to create a quick overview for the member. Example: "Isocar" by Syrobe.
- Be constructive while commenting on the members artwork. A negative attitude will help nobody.
- The Forum Rules, where applicable, also apply the Members Guild
Procedure:
- If you want your work to be uploaded to Silver Dragon Breath, contact Syrobe through private messaging and just write that you want to upload work to the site. You will receive further instructions on how to proceed. After your work has been received it will show up on the site as soon as possible.
- The content of your work will not be changed before placing on the site, but Syrobe does have the right to optimalize (compress) your image if the file is too heavy (to many bits would cause heavy page loading).
Matters regarding lay-out:
- Thumbnails: On the members page in the Museum, a thumbnail will be placed to lead the visitor to the original image. The size of the thumbnail is 80x80 px and the thumbnail must be a part of the original image. Please attach a 80x80 cut-out of your image, so a thumbnail can be created. If you don'n know how to do such a thing, you can mention which part of your work should be shown as the thumbnail and the thumbnail will be made for you.
Copyright:
- You and only you will own your work placed here and you decide if it has to be changed. Assuming your work is an original work of art made by you (it should be, if it is not, the work will be removed......), the copyright is yours.
- Can others use my work once it is part of this site? No, if you don't want them to use your work, and yes, if that's fine with you. The decision is yours to make. Remember, you own your work. Please write a small copyright line on the work. You can also write your own legal policy. That policy will be placed on your members page in the Museum.
