The Story of Tealeon: A Dragon's Tale

The Overlay

Two months after birth, during a torrential storm, a young Dragon is discovered by Taylin, the current king of the elves of Grand City on the planet of Elfstar. He and his wife, Siluya, Raise the dragon on their customs. While at a young age, Tealeon is discovered to have an extraordinary gift. He has a gene which resides within him known as an Eleforce gene (A sixth sense gene that allows the user to control an element of its type. NOT MAGIC!) This gene is passed on either by a human male or elven male. After Tealeon (as a baby) unleashes this power at the Krystalia Festival, he is taken to Valiege (The elven Scribe and Eleforce master) to test his blood. In this experiment, they discover that since Tealeon has an eleforce gene, that his father was human while his mother was dragon. The elves neighboring residents (The dryads) a race forced into exile, plot for 15 years on how to take Grand City, and get rid of the elves. On Tealeon’s 16th birthday, they receive the notice of war, and not only that, but Siluya is pregnant with twins (Squall and Ziega). Afterwards, Taylin and Siluya believe it’s time for Tealeon go out and live a while with his own kind on Drakomi. When he’s sent there, he meets a stunning young dragoness named Lyrora. She was the former Dragonessfriend of Vernan, a Drakomi gang leader. After a few years, They decide to make it “official”. Bith Tealeon and Lyrora mate for the first time in their lives. Because of Tealeon and lyrora being both being premature, and Tealeon having human/Dragon blood, they only produced 3 eggs. After some time passes Tealeon sets out to find his father, who he heard may live on this planet. He finds him, and discovers that He was a human from Neoearth. He was a geneticist, who discovered a break through in Gene splicing. But he accidentally became mixed with dragon and human genes resulting in a half human/dragon transformation. And because of this, he had to escape to Drakomi, since both humans and Dragons don’t really get along. He fell in love with Kaya, Tealeon’s mother. They both produced only Tealeon. Because of Tealeon’s mixed blood, Kaya couldn’t bear to keep him, not only that, but because she just couldn’t support him. So, she abandoned him on Elfstar. After that, she was discovered dead at her and Terrance’s home (Tealeon’s father). Ever since then, it was rumored that she died of a broken heart and depression over the abandonment of her only son. One night, Vernan discovers Tealeon and Lyrora’s new family. Jealous of Tealeon, Vernan kills their first clutch. Tealeon becoming enraged, ended up fighting and killing Vernan. They both escape back to Elfstar, where they mate again, giving birth to Kylko. After 7 years of hiding, Tealeon and Squall are united. Tealeon has been asked to accompany Squall and his friend Tahdes to help them seek the 3 celestial items. They were on the second one and knew Tealeon would make a great asset. Tragically, near the end of their journey, Tealeon is killed, sacrificing himself by taking a dagger on the underside of his right arm, thrown at Tahdes by the main antagonist, Saldenok Alelk. The dagger was tainted with Radia poison, an extinct nectar of a lotus that when injected into the body, merges with the blood, killing all vital organs in a matter of minutes. After Tealeon’s funeral, Kylko joins Squall in his father’s place at the age of 7, to seek revenge on his father’s death.
