Dream, Come True

My wings I hide
My tail hath gone
My will to fly
Is the dream I long.

Don't discourage me
My life long desire
To fly on high
Till my body retire.

Though I have no scales
I do have skin
An endless fight inside
Shalst I ever win?

I toss and turn
With in thy sleep
Awake from the dream
I want to weep.

"It's not real, wake up!"
My friends all say
But I tell them
"Just wait, you'll see some day!"

To do unto good
My power will call
A dragon to defend the weak
And bring evil to fall!

And so I say
With my faith held high
For soon it shall be
My turn to fly.

Dragon's Treasure

Seek and collect
Pilfer for pleasure
One man's gem
Is another Dragon's treasure.

Rubies and diamonds
Silver and gold
Collecting treasure?
It never gets old!

Don't leave your jewelry
On your stand at night
For a Dragon might fly by
For then he might smite.

Fly away to his cave
Sit on his pile
You might never see your precious
For a very long while.

Sometimes they eat it
Sometimes they might wear
You want your gems back
But he doesn't care.

You cry and you beg
Till you can stand no more
The Dragon just points
And shows you the door.

"Finder’s keepers, loser’s weepers!!"
The Dragon might say
"Fine then" you mention
"I might as well stay!"

So you decided to stay
But only for a while
Before the Dragon went "CHOMP!"
And ate you in style.

Your treasure is gone
Don't expect it back
Or might end up
As the Dragon's next snack!

Sephiroth, One Winged Angel

He stares in the distance
His eyes hold blank
The best of the SOLDIERs
Their highest rank.

His sword be great
His heart no more
His soul grown cold
For then he swore,

“Be gone all mortals,
And suffer all!
For tis your faults
This planet must fall!”

He raises his hand
And on a horrible scale,
“Fall dead all souls.” He says,
“Descend, Heartless Angel!”

Quick is the light
That takes all life
Except for one
Enter Cloud Strife.

He takes to the challenge
Sephiroth with glee
Smiles at his old friend
“Take care, and flee!”

Cloud lunges forward
His sword in hand
Sephiroth parries
“Your skills grow bland.”

Coming back down
Quick as a flash
Cloud turns face
“Come, Omni-Slash!”

A stream of swings
Does him in
Sephiroth states
“So, you think you win.”

He falls to the Earth
His body shatter
He then is gone
Drawn through dark matter.

“One day Sephiroth.”
Cloud says looking high
Putting sword to the ground,
“I’ll make sure you die!”

Anthony Sorbey

Alone he stands
On the shore of Marque
Sitting in silence
Hence Anthony Sorbey.

His love is lost
So dear she passed
He can't quite cope
His first, and his last.

Now Anthony was rich
Having money and power
His heart aching more
With each waning hour.

Tell me a tale
Of a maiden bright
The shore glowed
Her glorious light

Frail was her skin
Fragile was her hair
On the shore she stood
Life not a care.

Thus she is gone
Her voice no more
As Anthony stood
On the Marque shore.
