Description: Loosing a dragon's egg can be a terrible tragedy for a dragon mother. Sometimes that is too hard for the mother to go on with her her daily routine so her dragon lady friends fool her by giving her a false dragon egg to make the pain less big. This trick works good for the mother, untill she finds out what is comforting her: a big mushroom. She starts to laugh, eats the false egg and is able to go again, after showing her lady dragon friends a big grin.

Ingredients: One Portobello Mushroom (a large brown chestnut-like mushroom), one big cup of peas (in the pod), a small cup of tauge (bamboe sprouts), one spoon of sliced onions, one spoon of sliced leek, two teaspoons of dried parsley, one spoon of dried basil (or fresh if available), black pepper and salt, two toes of garlic, three spoons of olive oil, one table spoon of water, one table spoon of rasped Parmesan cheese and some butter

Preparation: Boil the peas in the pod, the onion and the leek in some water during 10 minutes (near the end of those minutes, add the bamboe sprouts to boil). Meanwhile, prepare the mushroom and the olive-basil dressing. To prepare the mushroom, slice off the top of the Portobello musroom and slice the rest into thick slices. Fry the mushroom slices in the butter for four minutes. Add the basil, the parsley, the salt and the pepper to the olive oil and stir firm. Cut the garlic into small pieces. Add the garlic to the olive-basil dressing and stir again. Add the cheese. Take a plate and place the mushroom slices on it, add the vegetables and dress it with half of the olive-basil dressing. Add the rest of the vegetables and place the top slice of the mushroom on top. Add the rest of the olive-basil dressing put some more pepper on the dish. Best eaten with salad and bread.
