Ingredients: |
One apple, two pears, three spoons of brown sugar, a cup of orange juice, half a spoon of olive-oil and water to cook the fruit in. |

Preparation: |
Cut the apple and the pears into several pieces, add one spoon of brown sugar and cook for 10 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add one spoon of brown sugar. Fry the cooked fruit pieces and add the orange juice (only a few minutes). Just before serving, add the last spoon of brown sugar.
