Description: You can not disturb this dragon while eating its Buddha Dragon, a side dish with mushrooms and bamboo, the dragon is too much at ease.
 
Ingredients: One cup of canned sliced bamboo, four dried Chinese Mushrooms, one spoon of soy-sauce, some olive oil to fry, two tea spoons of sugar, half a cup of water, one tea spoon of sesame-oil and two teaspoons of corn flour.
 
Preparation: Soften the dried Chinese mushrooms by putting them into water a few hours before you decide to prepare this dish. After softening the mushrooms, cut them into pieces, fry the bamboo and the mushrooms in the olive oil (a few minutes will do), add the soy-sauce, the sugar and the water (you could replace the water with the water you used to soften the mushrooms, that water tastes very good) and heat it. Use the corn flour to bind the water (the sauce must become a bit thick) and add the sesame-oil.

Enjoy the silence. Best eaten with rice and for instance Mushrooms and Peas.
