Have you ever wondered what a dragon would smell like? Well, surely it depends on what he or she has been eating.......This next pasta-recipe reveals surely one dragon's last meal.
Some small advice: do not eat this meal alone..............and do not eat it if you have to sleep in a small room or tent after wards.......surely the dragons won't do that..........

Ingredients: |
Fresh (or dried) spaghetti-pasta, 1 toe of garlic per person, two brown mushrooms (for instance dried Chinese mushrooms) per person, fresh oregano, parsley, two spoons of olive-oil per person, salt and black pepper and enough water too cook the pasta in. |

Preparation: |
Cook the spaghetti-pasta in a large bowl until you can still bite it (do not overcook it, add some olive oil and water into the water), during cooking the pasta, cut the garlic into small pieces (if you wash your hands later with a some lemon juice, the smell will go of) and cut the mushrooms into small pieces, after washing them (if you use dried Chinese mushrooms, add them to the pasta while it is cooking, they'll become soft and some of the flavor goes into the pasta too).Use some of the olive-oil to fry the mushrooms in a large frying-pan and add the garlic later (don't cause it to burn, the garlic must stay as white as possible). Put the cooked pasta into the frying pan too, add the rest of the olive oil and the herbs and pepper and mix it.
If you want a stronger taste, do not fry the garlic but add it to the pasta and the mushrooms just before serving. You can add Italian cheese (rasp it) if you like just before serving.
Enjoy the meal and know what some dragons smell like...........but they are happy dragons......
