Description: One day a baby dragon found a strange looking vegetable. He brought the dark red thing to his mother and she had no idea what to do with it so she dropped it on the floor. It fell apart into pieces and then the mother dragon noticed the soft flesh inside of the thing. She tasted it, added some olive pasta on it and prepared this simple aubergine (eggplant) side dish.
 
Ingredients: One large aubergine, some oil pasta and artichoke pasta, parsley, oregano, pepper and salt, two toes of garlic and olive oil to fry the aubergine.
 
Preparation: Cut the aubergine into slices as thick as a tiny finger, press out the garlic and cut the parsley and oregano into tiny pieces. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and place the sliced aubergine in the pan. Add some olive pasta on top of each piece of aubergine, and then add artichoke pasta, garlic and herbs on the pieces (a few minutes will do). Turn each piece of aubergine to its other side and repeat adding the olive pasta, the artichoke pasta, the garlic and the herbs. Fry for a few minutes. The aubergine is finished if it begins to shine and becomes soft (use a fork to test this). Best eaten with pasta. Serve at once.
