Artemisia Dracunulus
A special dragon herb is Artemisia Dracunulus (estragon) and it is still used in the kitchen as an ingredient for soup, salad, fish dishes or
fish soup and vinegar (see some of the recipes in the Restaurant).
The herb can be found in the fields, in the gardenstore and in the supermarket
and can be used dried or fresh and you can cultivate it in your garden or in pots. I prefer the pots because it makes it easy to bring the plants indoor during the winter.
